app/watcher_service.py:336x.zh is model/TM output for session reasoning and is concatenated into div.innerHTML, while only x.orig goes through esc() (line 344). protect() reserves backticked inline code as a whole slot and clean_output/`zh.replace("`","")` strips the backticks on restore, so an HTML payload written inside inline code in a reasoning block (e.g. an agent reasoning about a web page) is re-inserted as raw HTML and executes in the 127.0.0.1:18765 origin. That lets injected script read /api/recent (the full reasoning stream) and send it to an external host.
- lowUnauthenticated loopback API accepts and persists arbitrary text; no Origin/token check
app/watcher_service.py:386Any local process (or a page able to reach loopback) can POST /api/translate or /v1/chat/completions with no credential; the text is tokenized, translated and INSERTed into the persistent TM store (tm_put_canonical), so an unprivileged local caller can poison the shared translation memory and consume the resident 1.8B model. There is no authentication or Origin/Host validation anywhere in Handler.
Local thinking-chain translation sidecar: no critical/high issues found; one medium XSS in the localhost dashboard and a low unauthenticated local write API.
Rule: the dynamic audit can only raise risk, never lower it (raise-only, never an exemption); a wrong raise is withdrawn by human review and the tier falls back to the static verdict. Overall verdict = the stricter of the two layers.
