    While `serve` is running, any web page the user visits can fire e.g. <img src="http://127.0.0.1:3210/api/refresh?go"> and force a full GitHub/HN/Sogou tracking run (network traffic, API quota burn, disk writes) with no user interaction and no token. The server also never validates the Host header, so DNS rebinding lets a remote page read /api/data (public repo data only, so low data value). Rate limiting (30 s) bounds the abuse.

    Every tracked repository name is sent to weixin.sogou.com (and HN Algolia) during git_ai_track, using a hard-coded Chrome User-Agent to look like a browser; the code explicitly detects antispider/captcha pages. This egress is not disclosed in the git_ai_track tool description shown to the model/user, and it is anti-bot evasion against a third-party ToS. No secrets are leaked (only public repo names), and failures degrade to 0 score.

Impact is limited: paths are fixed and snap.t comes from date-named snapshot files, so no traversal was demonstrated.

No RCE or credential exfiltration: tool args are validated and no shell/eval sinks exist; real issues are a CSRF-triggerable GET refresh and undisclosed Sogou scraping.

Rule: the dynamic audit can only raise risk, never lower it (raise-only, never an exemption); a wrong raise is withdrawn by human review and the tier falls back to the static verdict. Overall verdict = the stricter of the two layers.
