The fence only requires Origin host === Host header. Under DNS rebinding an attacker page served from evil.com:3080 keeps both headers equal, so it can POST to /api/autostop/presence (keep the server alive past the idle window) and /api/autostop/bye (make the tracker idle and trigger the graceful shutdown after the grace period). Impact is limited to denial of service / preventing shutdown of a local dev server, and only when the opt-in DSH_WEB_AUTOSTOP=1 feature is enabled; no data is returned by these routes.

WSL desktop-shortcut plugin; PowerShell/VBS generation is quote-escaped and config-validated, tool actions take only an enum, so no attacker-controlled path reaches a shell. One low DNS-rebinding gap on the opt-in autostop routes.
