src/index.ts:130GET /dsh-upload-file/v1/attachments/content?sessionId=<uuid>&name=x.html returns attacker-controlled HTML with content-type text/html and content-disposition inline, from the same origin as the DSH web app. Any user who navigates to that URL (pasted link, chat reference, new tab) executes attacker JavaScript in the application origin, which can reach same-origin host RPCs such as POST /api/host.openPath and read the attachment list of the current session. The plugin's own UI only uses this route as <img src>, so an explicit navigation is required, but nothing prevents it.
