scripts/verify-live.mjs:148The script fetches /plugins/<id>/client.js from DSH_ORIGIN (default http://127.0.0.1:3080, overridable via env) and runs it in a vm context whose sandbox exposes fetch and ws WebSocket; node:vm is not a security boundary, so a compromised or impersonated origin (e.g. DSH_ORIGIN pointed at an attacker host) gains script execution inside the developer's Node process. It is manual dev tooling (npm run verify:live) and is not part of the plugin runtime, so no deployed user is exposed without running it.

scripts/shim-os.mjs:19scripts/build-client.mjs injects the builder's os.homedir() via esbuild `define` into lib/client.js, so the published artifact discloses the absolute home path of the machine that built it (e.g. /Users/<name>). It is only a fingerprinting/information-disclosure leak, not a credential, and the runtime overrides the value with the host-reported root.
Heuristic criticals are refuted: shell values are single-quote-escaped, dynamic code runs only in a manual dev script, and no critical/high issue is reachable at plugin runtime.
Rule (2026-10-24): when a dynamic conclusion exists it is authoritative (it may raise or lower the level); without one, the static/vet fused tier applies. The audit never writes the exemption list (exemptions are manual only); a wrong conclusion is withdrawn by human review and the tier falls back to static/vet.
