Before the first run another local user could pre-create or symlink that path, either hijacking the watchdog's `>> "$MARKER"` writes or forging a 'HEALTHY' line that releases the boot continuation. Requires a local attacker on a multi-user host; on a single-user Mac the residual risk is small.

src/resume-intent.ts:85The agentId is taken from a plain JSON file with no permission check or integrity validation, and on every boot the plugin may resume that session and push a synthetic user turn saying 'continue your pending work'. Any same-user process (or anything able to write that path, combined with the /tmp status file above) can therefore wake an arbitrary session at boot. The injected text is fixed, so this is a wake-up/persistence primitive rather than arbitrary prompt injection.
Config values are interpolated into a generated bash watchdog without escaping $(...) or backticks; otherwise it is a straightforward operator-configured self-restart helper.
Rule: the dynamic audit can only raise risk, never lower it (raise-only, never an exemption); a wrong raise is withdrawn by human review and the tier falls back to the static verdict. Overall verdict = the stricter of the two layers.
