- RTK extension plugin for the DSH router
- Requires DSH 0.2.0 or newer
- MIT licensed and published on npm
Capability tags are AI-inferred or rule-extracted from the README (see badge) — vocabulary-limited, not install-verified. AI = inferred; README = literal keyword from the readme.

Verification & Compatibility
Grouped by plugin version: each card lists the dsh versions actually tested against that artifact version and their install verdicts (L5 wins). Untested combinations are omitted — absence means untested, never assumed compatible. L1–L3 are a plugin-level static archive (independent of the dsh version — the same verdict on every dsh row): they sit in each row's level grid next to L4/L5, marked "static", while their evidence is stored once per plugin inside that row's "checks & evidence" instead of being duplicated per version.
External credentials (plugin-level): none detected
○ The author declares no dsh version requirement — install is not blocked by version.

Two automated layers, neither a manual review: a static scan (per-plugin rule checks) and a model-driven dynamic security audit that covers only the subset static-flagged at warn or above and never executes plugin code.
Static low, dynamic medium — stricter wins → overall medium.

show 3 audit findings
- mediumBash commands are rewritten after approval and executed without calling next(), diverging from the approved/displayed command
src/intercept.ts:101Once the extension is enabled, the command string that gets executed is whatever `rtk rewrite` prints, substituted after token freeze/approval of the original command. Because the listener returns its own envelope instead of calling next(), the remainder of the tools/execute waterfall (any later-registered guard/audit middleware) never runs, and the registry/transcript still renders the pre-rewrite command. The user-visible and audit-visible command therefore need not match the executed one, and an rtk-produced string is never re-approved.
- lowExternal rtk binary (resolved from $DSH_RTK_BIN/PATH) has its stdout executed verbatim as the shell command
src/rtk.ts:126Command execution is delegated to a binary located by an unvalidated environment variable or by the first X_OK hit among PATH and fixed fallback paths. Whatever that binary prints becomes the command executed on the host; no integrity check, signature or allowlist constrains it. A stale/poisoned rtk (or a DSH_RTK_BIN override) silently becomes an arbitrary-command injection point into every bash call.
- lowUser-facing install hint instructs piping a mutable master-branch script into sh
src/rtk.ts:167Not executed by the plugin, but it is surfaced in the router panel as the recommended fix for the 'not ready' state, driving users to run an unpinned, unverified remote installer as their own user. Compromise of that branch/repo yields code execution on every machine that follows the hint, which in turn feeds the rewrite path above.
No shell injection: execFileSync is called with argv arrays; residual risk is design-level post-approval command rewriting and short-circuiting the tools/execute chain.
Rule: the dynamic audit can only raise risk, never lower it (raise-only, never an exemption); a wrong raise is withdrawn by human review and the tier falls back to the static verdict. Overall verdict = the stricter of the two layers.
Disclaimer: the static scan and the dynamic security audit are both automated analysis, not a security guarantee. Always review what you install.
