pkg.name is only checked for presence (line ~400), never format-validated, unlike scaffold which enforces a kebab-case regex. A bundle whose package.json name contains '../' segments (e.g. '../../../..') makes nmDir resolve above node_modules, so fs.rmSync(recursive,force) can delete and fs.cpSync can overwrite arbitrary directories such as the harness/profiles tree (including .credentials.yaml). Reachable whenever a caller runs plugin_forge_install on a crafted bundle directory.

Arbitrary text recorded via plugin_forge_experience(action=add) persists in EXPERIENCE.md and is later returned verbatim to the model as plugin_forge_guide output, creating a stored prompt-injection channel into future sessions.
