backend/lib/model_store.py:83_download_file writes the digest of the just-downloaded file into .sha256.json (manifest[name] = digest; save_manifest(...)), and verify_integrity only compares against that self-recorded value. No expected/known-good hash is pinned anywhere, so the check detects corruption but not a malicious or compromised mirror that serves a trojaned model_quant.onnx, which onnxruntime then loads in-process. The primary mirror is additionally overridable via DSH_LISTENER_ONNX_MIRROR.

lib/index.js:130The loopback Flask token appears in the backend's argv, so other local users/processes can read it via `ps`/`/proc/<pid>/cmdline` and then call the token-protected endpoints directly. Impact is limited to same-machine attackers who already have local code execution, and the backend still enforces loopback-only peers.
Loopback+token backend is solid, but a same-origin POST can trigger pip install, and the model 'sha256 check' is trust-on-first-use, not authenticity.
