src/kb-core.js:194uploadRaw accepts any file extension into raw/, and sendFile streams it back with content-type derived from the extension and disposition 'inline' by default (dl=1 is required to force attachment). A user who can upload (the client itself warns the folder becomes 'browsable / uploadable via the LAN API') can drop note.html or evil.svg, and any victim who opens /dsh-kb/api/file?path=raw/note.html runs attacker script in the DSH host origin, i.e. in the origin of the local agent/API endpoints, not in a sandboxed page.

src/queue.js:186appendFeedback (kb-core) stores a user-supplied note almost verbatim (only newlines collapsed, 500 chars), and buildFeedbackPrompt embeds it into a prompt that instructs the bot to read the KB and rewrite pages; buildDistillPrompt does the same for every auto-enqueued raw/ file, whose text the bot is told to read and act on. The instructions themselves come from material an attacker can upload/post, and the bot session has whatever tool permissions the host grants (harness code in the unharvested src/index.js), so KB content can steer the agent to run tools or write files outside the intended
- lowUpload destination check only requires the 'raw/' prefix, so 'raw/../wiki' writes outside raw/
src/kb-core.js:284dirRel='raw/../wiki/meta' or 'raw/..' passes this check; resolveCreatable then only enforces containment inside the KB root, so the file lands in wiki/ or at the KB root while the API claims raw-only, immutable-source semantics. Writes are still inside the root, non-overwriting and size-capped, so this is a policy/integrity bypass (planting agent-readable markdown or pre-seeding wiki/meta/feedback.md) rather than an arbitrary file write.

src/kb-core.js:289Two concurrent uploads of the same name (or a file created between existsSync and rename) both pass the check, and fs.renameSync overwrites the destination on POSIX, silently destroying the supposedly immutable raw/ source with the last upload. Evidence loss, contradicting the schema contract that raw/ must never be modified.
Path guards are solid, but inline same-origin serving of uploaded HTML/SVG enables stored XSS, raw/ upload restriction is bypassable, and untrusted KB content is fed verbatim to an autonomous agent.
Rule: the dynamic audit can only raise risk, never lower it (raise-only, never an exemption); a wrong raise is withdrawn by human review and the tier falls back to the static verdict. Overall verdict = the stricter of the two layers.
