- lowImage URLs from provider responses are downloaded without host or content restrictions
src/providers.js:124extractItems() accepts any `url`/`image_url`/`image` string matching /^https?:\/\// and materialize() GETs it with no origin allowlist, no size cap and no format validation (sniffImageType only labels the media type). A malicious or compromised gateway (or the responseFormat:'url' path) can therefore make the host probe internal http(s) services and write the returned bytes into the configured outDir as a .png/.jpg file.
No code-exec or obfuscation; real risk is resolveApiKey silently forwarding IMAGE_API_KEY/OPENAI_API_KEY to any declared custom endpoint, plus an unfiltered remote image-URL download.
Rule (2026-10-24): when a dynamic conclusion exists it is authoritative (it may raise or lower the level); without one, the static/vet fused tier applies. The audit never writes the exemption list (exemptions are manual only); a wrong conclusion is withdrawn by human review and the tier falls back to static/vet.
