loadJobs() reads process.env once at plugin apply time and GuardianService.start() then executes `launchctl bootstrap gui/<uid> <that plist>`; if the dsh process environment is tampered with (or such a variable is injected by config/shell profile), POST /api/guardian/start loads an attacker-chosen LaunchAgent, i.e. arbitrary code execution with the user's privileges. The precondition is control over the dsh process environment, which is normally already equivalent to local code execution, so this is a hardening gap rather than an escalation path.

Refuted: spawn uses fixed argv arrays (no shell) and rm -rf targets fixed $HOME paths; only a low-severity env-overridable plist path remains.

Rule: the dynamic audit can only raise risk, never lower it (raise-only, never an exemption); a wrong raise is withdrawn by human review and the tier falls back to the static verdict. Overall verdict = the stricter of the two layers.
