Undo records loaded from $DSH_HOME/storages/dsh-edit-guardian/undo-<session>.json are not validated to be paths previously observed by write/edit; the JSON is parsed and every string 'path' is accepted. A process able to write that file could make /undo (or /undo --all) delete an arbitrary file (before=null) or overwrite it with arbitrary content, without any approval prompt.

Host half gates bash/pwsh via an approval ask and undoes only previously recorded write/edit paths; no shell exec, network or secrets. One low hardening gap in persisted snapshot trust.

Rule (2026-10-24): when a dynamic conclusion exists it is authoritative (it may raise or lower the level); without one, the static/vet fused tier applies.
