On Windows the plugin executes its shell command with the host confinement layer switched off, so the launched node process runs with the full privileges of the DSH user instead of the default confined policy. The command text is currently fixed, so this is not directly exploitable today, but it removes the defence-in-depth that would contain any future interpolation bug, command change, or compromise higher in this path.
