lib/index.js:260The plugin auto-launches an opaque prebuilt Windows executable resolved from the package's own bin/ directory (or %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs). Trust in the plugin therefore silently extends to an unreviewed native binary that runs on every apply; a tampered package or replaced file gains persistent code execution as the user.
Server-side plugin legitimately spawns a desktop client and autostart entry, but captures the harness auth token from stdout and persists it in cleartext to a predictable file, and executes EXEs from unverified paths.
Rule (2026-10-24): when a dynamic conclusion exists it is authoritative (it may raise or lower the level); without one, the static/vet fused tier applies. The audit never writes the exemption list (exemptions are manual only); a wrong conclusion is withdrawn by human review and the tier falls back to static/vet.
