What it doesAI
Clock and calendar plugin for DSH that wakes a chosen conversation at a set instant by keyword, injecting system time and drift into the wake.
- Alarm wakes a chosen conversation at a chosen instant
- Wake is matched by keyword, with system time and drift injected
- In-process timer plus a Windows Task Scheduler mirror
Capability tags are AI-inferred or rule-extracted from the README (see badge) — vocabulary-limited, not install-verified. AI = inferred; README = literal keyword from the readme.

Verification & Compatibility
Grouped by plugin version: each card lists the dsh versions actually tested against that artifact version and their install verdicts (L5 wins). Untested combinations are omitted — absence means untested, never assumed compatible. L1–L3 are a plugin-level static archive (independent of the dsh version — the same verdict on every dsh row): they sit in each row's level grid next to L4/L5, marked "static", while their evidence is stored once per plugin inside that row's "checks & evidence" instead of being duplicated per version.
External credentials (plugin-level): none detected
○ The author declares no dsh version requirement — install is not blocked by version.

Two automated layers, neither a manual review: a static scan (per-plugin rule checks) and a model-driven dynamic security audit that covers only the subset static-flagged at warn or above and never executes plugin code.
Static low; dynamic medium (authoritative when present) → overall medium.

- mediumUnauthenticated loopback HTTP API can create/fire alarms and inject attacker text into agent sessions
src/host/api.ts:244When no webServer service exists, startStandaloneServer exposes the full route table on 127.0.0.1:4801+. handle() has no authentication, no Origin/Host check, and nodeHandler parses JSON from ANY POST body regardless of Content-Type (text/plain simple requests pass preflight-free). A malicious local process, or a web page the user merely visits (form/sendBeacon CSRF), can POST /api/clock/alarms with an attacker-chosen keyword/note/label and a target sessionId, then POST /api/clock/tick to deliver it: alarm text is injected verbatim into the target conversation as a pseudo-timer message (src/ho
- lowWindows scheduled-task mirror spawns powershell.exe with -ExecutionPolicy Bypass on every alarm-table change
src/host/system-scheduler.ts:127Runs a synchronously blocking (45s timeout) powershell.exe with execution policy bypassed from ClockScheduler.resync(), which is re-derived on every alarm mutation. The script content is fixed and all interpolated values are numeric (localIso(at), tickUrl(port)) or psQuote()-escaped, so no attacker-controlled string reaches the shell; the residual risk is the bypassed policy plus blocking/unbounded task re-registration triggered through the HTTP API.
- lowPanel trusts whichever process answers first on 127.0.0.1:4801-4808 and sends alarm data there
src/client/clock.ts:42apiBase() accepts any port in the range that returns an ok /state and caches it; call() then POSTs JSON bodies (sessionId, keyword, note) to that base and renders its /state. If another local application already holds port 4801, the plugin's own server walks to 4802 while the panel happily talks to the foreign process, which can read alarm payloads and feed forged state/session titles into the UI. Exploitation still requires local code execution.
- lowclock tool list/cancel operate on every conversation's alarms, not just the caller's
src/host/tool.ts:195The model-facing tool returns all persisted alarms (including other sessions' sessionId, keyword, note, label and error text) and allows cancel by arbitrary id, so an agent in one conversation can enumerate and cancel wakes belonging to a different conversation. Impact is bounded because alarm content is user/agent-authored and no credentials are stored.
- lowCore delivery module src/host/service.ts is imported by the entry point but absent from the audited source
src/index.ts:42The wake path the HTTP routes and timers delegate to (claimDue, deliver, fireOne, state, schedulerState) and the panel component src/client/panel.tsx are referenced but not present in the supplied tree, so the idempotency/dedupe claims, the session-target validation and the panel rendering cannot be verified; the plugin as submitted would not build. Any hidden behaviour in those modules is unaudited.
Unauthenticated loopback API lets local processes or web pages create/fire alarms and inject text into agent sessions; PowerShell mirror and unscoped tool listing are minor gaps.
Rule (2026-10-28): when a dynamic conclusion exists it is authoritative (it may raise or lower the level); the static scan tier (vet primary, dsh backstop) applies only when there is none (not queued / audit failed / withdrawn). The audit never writes the exemption list (exemptions are manual only); a wrong conclusion is withdrawn by human review and the tier falls back to the static scan tier.
Disclaimer: the static scan and the dynamic security audit are both automated analysis, not a security guarantee. Always review what you install.
