What it doesAI
Scans every skill DSH can load, merges them into one browsable catalog, and shows it in a sidebar panel.
- Single entry button at the bottom of the DSH left sidebar opens a right-side panel
- Treats each direct child of .dsh/skills and .agents/skills as a collection
- Cataloging and browsing only — registers no slash commands of its own
Capability tags are AI-inferred or rule-extracted from the README (see badge) — vocabulary-limited, not install-verified. AI = inferred; README = literal keyword from the readme.

Verification & Compatibility
Grouped by plugin version: each card lists the dsh versions actually tested against that artifact version and their install verdicts (L5 wins). Untested combinations are omitted — absence means untested, never assumed compatible. L1–L3 are a plugin-level static archive (independent of the dsh version — the same verdict on every dsh row): they sit in each row's level grid next to L4/L5, marked "static", while their evidence is stored once per plugin inside that row's "checks & evidence" instead of being duplicated per version.
External credentials (plugin-level): none detected
○ The author declares no dsh version requirement — install is not blocked by version.

Two automated layers, neither a manual review: a static scan (per-plugin rule checks) and a model-driven dynamic security audit that covers only the subset static-flagged at warn or above and never executes plugin code.
Static low, dynamic medium — stricter wins → overall medium.

- mediumWildcard CORS on unauthenticated loopback API lets any website read skill inventory and overwrite stored categories/notes
lib/server.js:60The panel server listens on 127.0.0.1:8765-8769 with no auth, no Origin check, and ACAO:*. Because it is only protected by the browser's same-origin policy, and because that protection is deliberately removed, any web page the user visits can call GET /api/catalog to learn the installed-skill inventory including absolute home-directory paths (sources[].root). It can also call GET /api/custom and GET /api/notes to read the user's stored data, and POST /api/custom, /api/notes, and /reset to overwrite it. The notes and categories it rewrites are then served back into the model's context inside `d
- lowUser/custom category names like `constructor` or `__proto__` break the catalog build permanently
lib/scan.jsThe category name is attacker- or user-controlled (POST /api/custom stores it and applyCustomCategories copies it into rec.category). It is used as a key on a plain object literal, so a key such as `constructor` or `__proto__` resolves to an inherited Object property. The `??=` therefore never creates an array, and the following `.push` throws a TypeError, making /api/catalog return 500 and the `dsh_catalog` tool fail. Because the rule is persisted in ~/.dsh-catalog/categories.json, the failure survives refreshes and restarts until the user clears the custom categories, so a single POST from a
Loopback catalog server uses Access-Control-Allow-Origin:* with no auth, so any website can read the installed-skill inventory and rewrite the store that later surfaces in agent tool output.
Rule: the dynamic audit can only raise risk, never lower it (raise-only, never an exemption); a wrong raise is withdrawn by human review and the tier falls back to the static verdict. Overall verdict = the stricter of the two layers.
Disclaimer: the static scan and the dynamic security audit are both automated analysis, not a security guarantee. Always review what you install.
