setValue builds argv as ['fill','--session',session,'--selector',selector,'--value',request.value], where request.value is the form value (e.g. a login password from dsh-accounts/fill). On any failure (selector not found, timeout, non-zero exit) the resulting BskError message contains the plaintext password, which the harness or consumer may log or surface.

execFile-based bsk runner avoids shell injection, but on failure the error message interpolates full argv, leaking passwords passed to setValue into logs.

Rule (2026-10-28): when a dynamic conclusion exists it is authoritative (it may raise or lower the level); the static scan tier (vet primary, dsh backstop) applies only when there is none (not queued / audit failed / withdrawn).
