lib/index.js:355For sessions whose id matches ^session-codex-..., purge walks $CODEX_HOME/sessions and $CODEX_HOME/archived_sessions (depth<=4) and force-deletes every *.jsonl whose name ends with -<uuid>.jsonl. Those rollout files belong to the Codex CLI, not to DSH; deleting them destroys history that other tools rely on, and the client confirmation dialog only says '从电脑上删掉这个会话文件'. The action is irreversible and reaches outside $DSH_HOME. Reachability requires a user-initiated /purge (or the UI delete button) on an archived session, which is why this is medium rather than high.

lib/index.js:84Matching is a bare endsWith on the file name. Because the captured uuid is only [A-Za-z0-9][A-Za-z0-9-]*, short ids such as session-codex-a would match any file under $CODEX_HOME named *-a.jsonl, so a crafted/legacy archived id can broaden the set of files deleted. Impact is bounded (only .jsonl files inside $CODEX_HOME, still user-initiated).
Three scan 'critical' flags are the plugin's guarded delete feature; real residual risk is irreversible deletion of files outside DSH's own store (~/.codex).
Rule (2026-10-24): when a dynamic conclusion exists it is authoritative (it may raise or lower the level); without one, the static/vet fused tier applies. The audit never writes the exemption list (exemptions are manual only); a wrong conclusion is withdrawn by human review and the tier falls back to static/vet.
