index.js and src/tools.js both depend on ./src/mailbox.js, which is not part of the harvested files. Therefore the claims exercised by examples/verify-live.mjs — secret redaction on ingest, HMAC signing added after the fact, author-only edit/withdraw, and the `visibleTo` scoping that stops a token holder from reading other participants' mail via mailbox_search — cannot be verified from what was provided.
